Prior authorization must be obtained before any merchandise is returned for credit, refund or replacement. To return an item, please call a Customer Service Representative at Inc. within 7 days of shipment for return instructions. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with original packing slip, packing materials, and products or they will not be refunded.

Returns requested for customer convenience may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Shipping is never refunded.

Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of order placements.

Cancellations on orders that have already been processed may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Cancellations are not refunded if item has already been shipped.

Returned items are subject to above return policy and shipping is non-refundable.

Damaged or unordered merchandise:

If an incorrect or damaged item is received, please provide us with an image of the product and let us know if you would like a refund or replacement. If an order is damaged you will not need to return the product but will need to keep it and the original packaging for about 10-15 business days while the shipping company investigates the claim.
